Kiri-Tree is a relatively new project that has only been on the market for a few years. It originated in Switzerland and is classified as a so-called green investment.

The tree grows up to 4 metres in a single year and reaches a stately height of 25 metres within seven years. To ensure the trees grow well, there must always be enough space for them. That is why the first trees are felled after three years to make room for the others.
will focus on the cultivation and sale of paulownia trees, which are used in industrial production for timber, biomass, ethanol, animal feed, paper and so on, owing to their quality and sustainability. Planting paulownia is extremely profitable.
This is therefore an investment project that both restores nature and generates a good return for investors who invest here through the use of wood. After seven years, a return of 500% can certainly be expected here.
Only as many trees are felled as are needed to meet market demand, so that the forest is not damaged. This means there are always enough trees to provide shade and sustain life. The timber is in demand for construction, furniture and heating.
