Gesetzes, das sich haupts\u00e4chlich auf Kriegssch\u00e4den bezog.<\/p><p>Am 12. Dezember 2019 hat sich die Lage\u00a0 noch einmal ver\u00e4ndert. Diesmal, wurden die Begriflichkeit ge\u00e4ndert.<\/p><p>Das\u00a0 LAG wurde in das\u00a0 XIV Soziale Gesetzbuch \u00fcber das Entsch\u00e4digungsrecht (SozERG) integriert. Hier wird nun geregelt das nicht nur Kriegsopfer ein Recht auf Entsch\u00e4digung haben sondern auch sogenannte sozial Gesch\u00e4digte. Dieses Gesetz ist seit 1. Auf der Hand liegt jedoch, dass die politischen Stimmen fordern nach einer Verm\u00f6gensabgabe. Vorst\u00f6\u00dfe gibt es aus dem sogenannten &#8222;links-gr\u00fcnen&#8220; Lager &#8211; sowohl von Einzelpersonen als auch Bundestagsfraktionen und der Parteien selbst.Vor allem seit der Finanz-
